I'm Anton Kovalenko, also known as Anthy, a full-stack engineer with 6+ years across web applications, browser games and AI products. My work spans Vue and React interfaces, Node.js services and technical leadership. AI tools are part of my daily workflow, helping automate routine tasks and deliver features faster while maintaining code quality.
At Gen2B, the progression from senior engineer to tech lead brought responsibility for architecture, delivery and mentoring alongside daily coding. That work included a major frontend overhaul and three generations of the UI kit, evolving from Vue to Lit. Two developers grew into senior roles under my mentorship.
My open-source projects explore infrastructure and automation. prox is a Go reverse proxy used in production for streaming and large transfers. Grambot provides a TypeScript framework for Telegram bots, while Atlas brings an AI assistant to the desktop. Together, they extend my work from application interfaces to the services and tools behind them.
Based in Almaty, I'm open to frontend, backend and full-stack roles, technical leadership and contract work, remotely or with relocation. Previous experience includes working with teams in the US, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Cyprus and the UAE. Russian is my native language, with English at B2 level.
Projects
An MIT-licensed Go reverse proxy for bandwidth-intensive and long-lived traffic. Combines L7 HTTP routing and SNI-based L4 TLS pass-through on one listener, validates and atomically reloads JSON5 configuration, automates ACME certificates, and supports Cloudflare DNS-01 zone discovery. Includes an out-of-process plugin API and Go SDK. Used in production for audio and video streaming and large transfers.
