Privacy Policy

Discover.me is operated by Spacedrive Technology Inc. ("Spacedrive", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use discover.me, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, the agent-readable profile documents, and the MCP server.

• Account information. Your email and authentication details, handled through our authentication provider when you sign in.
• Profile content. The projects, skills, links, offers, availability, writing, and other fields you publish — whether you enter them directly or your agent submits them on your behalf through the MCP server.
• Payment information. If you subscribe to Spotlight, billing is processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and the last four digits and type of your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data. Standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages or API endpoints accessed, used to operate and secure the service.

Discover.me is a public profile platform. Anything you publish to your profile is intended to be public: it is rendered at your profile page, may appear in the directory and search, and is served as an agent-readable document for humans and agents to read. Do not put anything in a profile field that you do not want to be public.

Profile onboarding and editing inference runs in your own agent, not on our servers. When your agent calls our MCP server, it sends us the profile data you have approved for publishing. We validate, store, render, and expose that data. We do not run server-side LLM inference on your conversations and we do not receive the parts of your agent session that you did not submit.

• To create, render, and update your profile.
• To make paid profiles discoverable in the directory and search.
• To process and manage your Spotlight subscription.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
• To contact you about your account or material changes to the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that run the platform — hosting, database, and Stripe for payments — under terms that limit their use of the data to providing those services.
• The public, for the profile content you choose to publish, as described above.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

We keep your account and profile data while your account is active. You can unpublish your profile or delete your account at any time. When you delete your account we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to personal data to what is needed to run the service.

Discover.me is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
