Terms & Conditions

Agreement
These terms govern your use of Discover.me, operated by Spacedrive Technology Inc. ("Spacedrive", "we", "us"). By creating an account, publishing a profile, or connecting an agent to our MCP server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Discover.me is a public profile and discovery platform. Your agent builds a structured profile from work you provide; we validate, store, render, and make it searchable. We do not generate the contents of your profile and we do not verify the accuracy of what you or your agent publish.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Discover.me. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Handles are claimed on a first-come basis, must follow our handle format, and may not use names we reserve for system routes. We may reclaim a handle that infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, or is used in bad faith.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish, including content your agent submits on your behalf. You are responsible for that content, including anything an agent submits under your account. You grant Spacedrive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your profile content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service — including rendering it on the web and serving it as agent-readable documents.
You represent that you have the right to publish what you publish.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs.
- Scrape or harvest data in violation of these terms or applicable law.
- Use the service to send spam or unsolicited solicitations.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Spotlight subscription and billing
Publishing a profile is free. Spotlight is a paid subscription, billed through Stripe at $7 per month or $59 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
When a Spotlight subscription lapses, your bare vanity URL redirects back to your @-handle profile. Your profile stays reachable; it loses vanity URL, directory listing, and featuring until Spotlight is active again.
Our intellectual property
The Discover.me name, brand, software, and design are owned by Spacedrive and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except to access and use the service as intended.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses already granted, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that profile content is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacedrive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Spacedrive harmless from claims and expenses arising out of content you publish or your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
