In January 2026 I weighed 350 pounds, carried a Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis, and managed hypertension with a full medication stack. By May I had lost 61 pounds and counting. My HbA1c dropped to 5.7%, the non-diabetic threshold, confirmed by lab draw. My doctor reduced my blood pressure medication by half. I built the system that produced these results, documented every component, and published it as the FACTOTUM Protocol. The protocol is a complete operating system for managing metabolic disease through food timing, protein targets, and structured meal prep.
